![]() practice self love maybe? that helped me a lot because it allows you to know you are worth healing your deep rooted thoughts and beliefs and feelings. your thoughts and feelings! lady screaming in the background addictions are just ways we distract ourselves from dealing and being raw about who we really are and the feelings and thoughts and trauma we all have in yourselves. so your mind will try and move to a new habit to protect you from, wait for it. its better then all those shitty addictions i had. lol like no one says to fat people "wow you gained weight!" any who i guess at this point I'm ok with over eating a bit i know i will get it under control soon but for now I'm just riding the weave. at first i was little insulted but then it clicked that if i was truly looking fat then no one would be so quick to mention it. SO many people have commented on my weight gain but they say things like you look so much healthier and such. i am also a skinny person who doesn't really gain weight but i have gained 25 pounds since hmm about 6 months. i am a huge food addict lol like ravenous beast. lol just a lot of naughty habits of mine. in the last year of quite pot, cigs, animal by product toxic friends, poping my acne, viewing any porn whatsoever. This is just your body replacing your addiction to weed with food. I'm afraid we just don't have time to review them as part of the modding process. This include your own quitting or vlog videos.
